The Act of Giving Foundation's Passions

The Act of Giving Foundation believes that a small group of individuals given the proper resources can make a profound difference.

So what are we passionate about? Many Act of Giving board members have backgrounds in education, libraries, and non-profits, and these worlds help form our interests to a great extent. Thus, one may see literacy programs championed by our organization, as well as social activist groups. Women's shelters and job training programs are among those with whom we hope to partner in the near future. In short, our vision is to empower organizations whose goal it is to improve the quality of life for people living in underserved, underprivileged, or impoverished communities.
